Steph graduated in 2012 with a Masters degree in Physiotherapy, and she has worked as a Chartered Physiotherapist since qualifying. She went on to work at Hampshire Hospitals NHS foundation trust, completing her core junior rotations before specialising in neurology. Steph began to develop her skills within neurological physiotherapy in Epsom, working across acute neuro inpatients, inpatient rehabilitation, community and outpatient neuro rehabilitation. Following this, Steph chose to specialise in community neuro rehabilitation, gaining a wealth of experience and clinical knowledge. She continues to work within the NHS as a team lead neurological physiotherapist.
Steph is passionate about neurological rehabilitation and has attended further training to develop her clinical skills. These include Matwork Pilates and Neuro Pilates training at the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Insitute (APPI), Bobath and NeuroFit, alongside many others. She is a member of The Association of Chartered Physiotherapists interested in Neurology (ACPIN), regularly attending courses and participating in other professional networks to ensure patients receive the best possible care in line with clinical evidence.

Steph believes in working holistically and in partnership with her patients and their families, to achieve meaningful goals with the aim of improving function and independence. Steph is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and registered with the Health Care Professional Council (HCPC).

In her spare time, Steph enjoys spending time with her family and maintains an active lifestyle through Pilates and walking her dog.
